Our 7-Step Export Process

We have designed a simple, transparent, and reliable process for exporting used cars from China. Each step is managed by our experienced team, keeping you informed at every stage.

Step 1: Requirement Discussion

Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or our quote request form with your specific requirements. The more detail you provide, the better we can source matching vehicles. Key information includes: preferred brands and models, acceptable year range, mileage limits, budget per vehicle, desired quantity, and destination country/port.

Step 2: Vehicle Sourcing

Our sourcing team searches our extensive network of Chinese dealers, auction platforms, fleet operators, and trade-in channels to find vehicles matching your requirements. We typically provide 2-3 options per requested model, giving you choice and flexibility.

Step 3: Inspection and Report

Every vehicle undergoes our comprehensive 120-point inspection at our Chongqing facility. You receive a detailed report including high-resolution photos (exterior, interior, engine bay, undercarriage), walk-around video, mechanical assessment, and VIN verification. This ensures you know exactly what you are buying.

Step 4: Quote and Confirmation

We provide an itemized quote covering vehicle cost, inspection fee, documentation, inland transport, and ocean freight. Upon your confirmation, a 30% deposit locks in your selected vehicles. The balance is due before shipment.

Step 5: Documentation

Our documentation team prepares all required export documents, including bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, export license, and customs declaration. We ensure all documents are accurate and compliant with both Chinese export regulations and your destination country's import requirements.

Step 6: Shipping

We arrange container or RoRo shipping from the most convenient Chinese port. Vehicles are professionally secured for transit. We provide booking confirmation, vessel details, and tracking information throughout the voyage.

Step 7: Delivery and Support

Upon vessel arrival at your destination port, we provide all original documents via courier for your customs clearance. Our team remains available to answer questions and assist with any post-delivery issues. We also follow up to ensure your satisfaction and support future orders.
